How do I book?

Click any of the contact buttons on this site or simply CLICK HERE to get the ball rolling, and see if your dates are open. If they are, we’ll send over the agreement and payment details to lock it in.

What time is check in / check out?

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. You’re welcome to arrive early to the resort or hang out after check-out, but Magnolia House is only available during your reserved window.

What do I need to bring?

Once you’re booked, we’ll send you a full list of everything you should bring for your stay.

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry- No pets allowed.

What is the Cancellation policy?

• Full refund if cancelled 60+ days before arrival

• 50% refund if cancelled within 30 days

• No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before arrival

How many people can stay at the cottage?

Maximum occupancy is 6 people

Do you have wifi?

Yep! Magnolia House has its own high-speed private network, and there’s also free WiFi around the Sherkston resort.

Do you have air conditioning / heating?

We’ve got both—you’ll be comfy no matter the season.

Where can I park?

You can park up to 2 cars at the cottage

Are linens and towels provided?

You’ll need to bring your own. We’ll send a checklist before your stay with everything to pack and what’s already on-site.

What about smoking?

No smoking or vaping inside the cottage.
